Our goal, ten years ago, when we started this amazing RV Resort was to help people find a summer home in South Haven that is a fun, beautiful, relaxing, enjoyable place to be with great friends and family. We developed a seasonal RV Resort where guests can become owners (the majority of the RV sites are available for sale or seasonal lease). You can have an upscale, yet affordable 2nd home and summer place, close to the beautiful Lake Michigan Beaches, the boutique shoppes and fine dining in our quaint harbor front community of South Haven, MI.

Phase I is nearly complete, but we want to be transparent and forthright, so please know, that Phase IA and II are under construction. If you need a place to stay and can pardon our efforts, we would be happy to welcome you to the completed Phase of our RV Resort.

We love this resort, we have and will continue to come back. Lots of all sizes and great scenic views. Many amenities with more to come, my family enjoys the heated pool and fishing ponds the best. It’s such a nice quiet retreat with such caring owners and management. They all went above and beyond to make our stay a delight. Thanks to them our sons birthday was saved along with my faith in caring kind people. I can’t thank them enough!!!
